Children's Classes

Energy is taught through making music, dancing and just having fun and in small groups of no more than six children. They will be given an exercises to learn how their words, feelings affect others and themselves. They will also learn how music, noise can shift their moods and the basic around the chakra system. Science is weaved into their learning making the skills they learn easily adaptable to their every day life.

This workshop is run by two energetic facilitators who share their love for energy with children while still raising their five children who are now teens and who are also energy practitioners in various modalities, learning an energetic modality has given their children tools to help them thrive in environments that may often be overwhelming such as schools, shopping centres or anywhere they may be overwhelmed.

This workshop is delivered for an hour each week over eight weeksgives them the tools to delivery energy to themselves, family, friends, pets and plants and our beautiful planet.
