The purpose of the workshops and certificate offerings is to meet you where ever you may be on your journey of awareness. Since 2012 there has been massive energetic shifts in our universe and this affects each one of us in various ways, and there are so many aspects to unpacking this from Soul Blue Print, Akashic Records, and the whole kaliedescope of energetic modalities can be quite overwhelming as to where to start.

So we propose you start where you feel aligned to. A taster workshop is the Mini Metaphysical Toolkit which has been designed to offer you practical tips and if after this you feel inclined and want to start to learn more the next best step is Reiki I (which if you chose to do will recieved $30 off your certificate)

The energetic workshops can be perceived as being woo woo however, I come from a background firmly grounded in science from medicine and IT and I like to be able to bridge the two, however science is continuing to play catch up when it comes to metaphysics, sages and philosophers such as Aristotle and Pythagorus in 300 BC where already aware of energy.

Mini Metaphysical Toolkit (to be held once a Month)

These sessions are designed to provide practical tips and tools for participants to use in their every day life, however discussing ways to raise your ability to create more of what you want and live a more fulfilling life in more alignment.

What is metaphysics in simple words?

The study of reality and existence is metaphysics, named from a set of books written by Aristotle asking what is being, what are first causes, and what is change. It studies what we are and what our purpose is, seeking knowledge about everything from the nature of the entire universe to that of the human mind.

Often Metaphysics can be seen as woo woo field, however it has solid foundations in quantum physics. As quoted by the father of quantum physics Nikola Tesla "If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration."

Sound Bath

Vanessa our Sound Bath Therapist takes clients on a deep restorative journey during a sound bath session.

You are invited to escape the hustle and bustle of the day. A session starts by laying on a comfortable mat with your head supported by a pillow, snuggled under a blanket for extra comfort. You are encouraged to close your eyes and totally surrender to the frequency of the sound.

As the beautiful quartz crystal bowls begin to play, take time to immerse yourself in the experience of being “bathed” as the sound waves wash over you. Experience the sense of deep relaxation and release. Our bodies are made up of 70% water, the vibrational waves help to calm the cells allowing our brain to slow down and our body’s natural healing system to work more efficiently by bringing our bodies into harmony and balance.

The amazing benefits many people feel after a session are a deeper sense of calm, reduced pain, deep relaxation, improved quality of sleep, easing muscle tension, body rejuvenation, promotes meditation practice. Most people will fall asleep during a session, and this is quite normal A session lasts approximately one hour, on arrival you will be offered our signature Blue Butterfly Pea Tea which stimulates deep relaxation and then you will lie or sit down for an hour of bliss and rejuvenation is $35, bring a pillow and a blanket. Energy Healing Modalities

Different energy modalities have a different focus, and thus different teachings and benefits. Systems are generally split into three levels, so that you are not overwhelmed with the full range of energy all at once. Integration of each level takes 21 days before you can be attuned in the next level. The energy systems I can attune you in are:

Reiki

Reiki, pronounced "Ray Key", corresponds to both a specific vibrational range, linked to the energy of the Earth element, and a method of using healing energy, with specific hand positions and other techniques. Reiki is mostly centred on the etheric and the physical bodies. Rei means "universal" ; Ki means "life force energy". So Reiki means "spiritually guided life force energy". The word Reiki is also sometimes used by some as a substitute for the words healing energy.

This course allows you to become a certified Reiki Practitioner &/or Reiki Master Teacher. This linage of Reiki was founded by Mikao Usui. Once you are attuned to level 2, you can charge for Reiki treatments. At level 3 / Reiki Master level, you can pass the system on to others.

Ashati

An accelerated energy healing, meditation, psychic, personal and spiritual development program to help you heal your body, mind and soul, expand your awareness and higher senses, understand your thoughts and emotions, connect with your higher-self and spirit guides, and much more. Although this system is not as well known as Reiki, I, and most clients, have found it to be more powerful overall. At level 3, you can pass the system on.

Seichem

Seichem, pronounced "Say Keem", is a system of healing which seems to originally come from Ancient Egypt, and which builds on Reiki by adding the three energies corresponding to the elements of Water, Air and Fire, each of them enabling you to work on a different level.

Kundalini Reiki

Kundalini is a Sanskrit word for the powerful creative force in the human body which for most people lies dormant at the base of their spine. It also refers to an energetic state in which certain energy channels and chakras have been opened, thereby gaining access to the Earth's energy. The base chakra, an energy centre located near the coccyx, serves as the entrance for the kundalini energy (also known as the "kundalini fire"). Upon entering the body, the energy runs along the main energy channel, before exiting through the crown chakra. With an open kundalini, a complete cleansing of the chakras, energy channels and some body parts will be obtained over a certain period of time.

Kundalini Reiki has 3 levels, plus 6 additional booster levels, and the integration of each level is only 7 days.

Golden Dragon

The Healing Order of the Golden Dragon system was recommenced on the 6th of August 2000, after being lost for over 1,800 years. It is believed to be a very ancient source of healing which has been used and then suppressed many times, and the energy Saint Martha used in France to perform many of her healing miracles. The connection died out in France and a group of Irish mediums, led by Diana Cosgrove, was able to re-establish it during group sessions in that country in 2000.The energy activations and the teachings for the Healing Order of the Golden Dragon can only be passed on by Reiki / Seichem master-teachers who have received the Golden Dragon 2 initiation, as these energies, like the Seichem energies, are considered an extension of the Reiki training, methods, and energies. These energy activations will give you a very comprehensive and powerful ability to work with the Earth's energies, whether this is for your own development and wellbeing, or to help others.
